Is this a replacement for a TPA?
SimpleFringe is a calculation and tracking tool, not a Third-Party Administrator. It helps you understand your H&W obligations and track compliance, but it doesn't administer benefits or file reports on your behalf. Think of it as the tool that helps you stay on top of compliance yourself — at a fraction of the cost of a TPA.
Can I use this for multiple contracts?

How do you protect my data?
SimpleFringe's security controls are aligned with NIST SP 800-171 Rev 3 and designed to meet CMMC Level 2 requirements. In practice: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, 100% U.S.-based infrastructure, role-based access with phishing-resistant MFA, and audit logging on all data access. We require a Data Privacy Agreement before any data changes hands, and we will never sell, share, or use your data for anything other than your compliance management.
